Backorders

Payment in full is required at the time of order to secure all backorders.

 

Backordering EA Mattes products

Any EA Mattes items not in stock can be backordered, including any size, shape, length or colour combination (even if it's not in the menu lists). 

EA Mattes orders go to Germany on the 20th of each month and shipments arrive in NZ around the end of the following month.  Delivery time for your item/s will depend on when in the order cycle your your back-order is placed.

To place a back-order:

1. Select the option "request special colour or back-order" option which will feature in one of the option list boxes.  Alternatively, some products have a "Backorder" option for which you should select the YES option.  Sometimes you will need to select both.
2. Select the required size / length and quantity.  If ordering a saddlepad, please also select the shape of pad you require (i.e. dressage, SJ or GP).
3. Please include fleece and/or quilt colours in the 'special instructions' box on check-out.
4. You will be required to pay for your item in full to confirm the back-order.
5. We will contact you to confirm the expected delivery timeframe.  If the timeframe is unacceptable to you, we will refund the amount paid in full.
6. Your item will be couriered to you immediately it arrives and you will receive email notification when your item has shipped.

Backordering other items

Not all items can be backordered.  Where items other than EA Mattes are available on backorder, a backorder request box will feature on the product page.  Simply complete the order information specifying "YES" to the backorder option.
